Saturday, March 10th, 2012 "Blessings, Good Fortune & Happiness..."

Dear ORCS Parents,

Auction preparations are in full swing! Our fund-raising auction, Blessings, Good Fortune & Happiness, will be held on March 10th, 2012. Mark your calendar for a fun evening of dining, bidding, and visiting with friends, while helping raise funds for our favorite school!

We need the wonderful things that only YOU can provide for our auction. We all have unique gifts, talents, and connections. No item is too big or too small; we welcome it all! We are ready to accept any donation – just bring the procurement form and/or the item to Mrs. Selvig’s office. Unsure what to donate? Some fantastic ideas are listed below. Use these suggestions or be creative and add your own ideas. Remember – no items is too big or too small!

Procurement form and a letter to give to a business can be picked up in office.

Do you patronize a business that might donate? You can bring a letter and a procurement form and request a donation from your favorite shops, restaurants, or services. Don’t be shy – you may be surprised at their generosity.

As our primary fund-raiser, the auction proceeds help fund the maintenance of our high quality preschool and kindergarten education programs, classroom equipment and supplies, and our tuition assistance program.
